Through the power of Christ, God made you a perfect diamond. Ah, but here comes Bill with his crude tools to make you a better than God's perfection diamond, or at least make you feel badly about yourself
QUOTE "some people have past issues that they are unable to get past" -- Ha ha ha!!! --- When I read that, I thought it was a joke! Then I re-read it and thought maybe the person who wrote it was dead serious. But it sounded so funny the way they phrased it. ... Sorry but the pictures of the umbrella, etc. are really hilarious to me! One time I went to a (basic) seminar for nostalgia's sake and had a lot of fun drawing (and making "captions") in the notebook -- I especially enjoyed the little guy with the lightning bolt -- which is symbolic of conflicts and irritations between that stick figure and another stick figure. I also enjoyed the one of all the stick figures sitting around a table to have a meeting to resolve their differences. But the lightning bolt is my favorite.
In my notebook I drew little demons sending arrows through the holes in the umbrella. Some of the demons were also sending arrows from the side and underneath (too bad there wasn't anything to shield the poor stick figures from the sides). The impish grins on the faces of the demons were hilarious, if I do say so myself.
Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute...don't diamonds also come in other shapes like emerald, oval, marquise, pear, and heart? Bill's problem is he thinks there's only one cut to a diamond.
"God's methods of refining character are always painful and drastic. Sometimes He uses the same methods to refining as well as punish, and it's hard to tell the difference, especially if you're a Mercy looking on. So never pray for anyone or try to help anyone in bad circumstances, because you'll get in the way of the Refining/Punishing and it will all fall on you instead."

"If I had a hammer..."
"Only by being under autority can your uncut diamond get ... ahem cut..."
"But I'm ALREADY a diamond! Wait! That's the wrong spot! You're gonna... aww shucks there goes another carat, just like that."
I've never understood why Bill insists that God is an atomic triangle.
Warning: performed by professional stuntmen under controlled conditions, do not attempt
Submit to the authority God places in your life and you too can have diamond the size of your head!
Rock, paper, scissors.... Chisels don't cut diamonds

It is obvious that whoever drew this never used a hammer in their life.
Don't pick on Bill; he always holds a hammer in a scriptural manner.
Dude...I got Hammered in Oakbrook

An atomic triangle?! ha ha ha ha!!!! Yes, and it looks so cosmic... But it also looks "retro"! As in, futuristic, but for that time (the 70s)...

Dang, am I profound 'er what?
Damn, and all these years I thought the triangle represented Bill Gothard?!

I didn't make all that up, of course.
One thing is for sure: that diamond has never represented Mr. Gothard.
God + Hammer + stake = sparkly object.
Obviously this means: God approves of nailing pretty girls.
Duh-not rocket science!
The best diagram I've EVER seen!!
Hey look at those hands....no, it can't be. It is! That's Bill's hands doing the work...
