Equal opportunity offenders

Well, it's not IBLP, but almost as fun. How do you know when your ministry is irrelevant? When you write things like this and this and this.

Doug Phillips is the president Vision Forum, a patriarchal organization who espouses an overly-euphoric view of the "good old days" of colonial America. He's spoken at ATII events and is very popular among conservative homeschool families.

As you may remember, Don Veinot, Vision Forum's whipping boy, is the author of A Matter of Basic Principles.

Walt said...: ATI deserves a lot of the mocking it receives on your blog because of the often oppressive, manipulative, dictatorial, and sometimes hypocritical and borderline-cultish way of dealing with people.

I'm not sure that Vision Forum quite fits into the same bracket. In fact, in reading the links you provided it seems pretty clear that they've done nothing wrong or improper. Jen's blog has been pretty much emptied (perhaps to avoid further criminal charges), so that link is no longer available.; 7:54 AM
