i'm truly disturbed to consider having a president who is so tied to the evangelical movement, gothard included among the least of those ranks. dominionism is no substitute for either a repulic or a democracy. just as the founding fathers.
If you're truly disturbed by that I would consider looking at the bigger picture. We could do a whole lot worse in the office than this man. At least this guy has personal morals and character. Unlike Mrs. Clinton or Mr. Obama
This deeply grieves my spirit. Not only does he endorse the music of rebellion that is corrupting American youth today (thereby making him guilty of contributing to the delinquency of minors)he plays an ELECTRIC bass guitar at his church where they offend godly families with CCM!The rock beat is EVIL in any form even if it is played by a Baptist preacher with smoking bass riffs!!!
"we could do a whole lot worse in the office than this man."this is true of every candidate, imo. i personally will not be voting as Chief of State --in a time of war-- someone who doesn't have military experience or relies on "folksy schtick" to get a message across... look where it got us last time. as far as his morals and character are concerened, i'm not one to judge that... also goes for ms. clinton and mr. obama (haven't heard much "morality" jazz against him.) we aren't choosing the pastor for a church here... this man will be leading the free world (often very dirty work which requires wit, decisiveness and the ability to work closely with people who get a lot done without being extremely "moral")
I will withold judgment on Mr.Huckabee until I have prayed and fasted. If he does chose to play this type of music I hope for the sake of his testimony he's better than Lee Atwater
how about a presidential candidate who is an honest, consistent man known for his stand for individual liberty and freedom?ronpaul2008.com
